Best cared for with simple soap and water - wash both sides equally. To dry, wipe dry first and then let rest on a single edge on drying rack or leaning on counter. Do not put in dishwasher. Do not soak or let stand in liquid for extend periods of time, as this may warp or damage the board.
Do not place extremely hot cookware on board, as this may damage or discolor the board.
Citrus can be cut without damage to the board. However, citrus and other acidic substances should not be left on the board for an extend period of time (12+ hrs), as this can leave marks or discolor the board.
To remove an stubborn marks or stains, sprinkle some baking soda and rub with sponge and warm water.
Refinish board every 3-6 months or when looking dull with board safe oil such as mineral oil, beeswax or caranuba wax.
